One of my favorite shows in the Great Lakes Woodcarving Show. Some of the carvings are unbelievable. There are many detailed carvings along with stylized carvings. I had a mixed display of items in several different catagories. Here I am with my display and several ribbons to show for my efforts.
The year after the show above I set up again at the Great Lakes Woodcarving Show in the same spot. I brought all different items for this year. I even brought my hammered dulcimer and played through out the show.
This was a craft / art show in Mill Hollow. This is in Vermilion, Ohio. I had paintings, carvings, woodburned paddles and pens.
Christmas in the Colonies is a three day craft show in Medina, Ohio. It is on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday right after Thanksgiving. The craftsmen dress as if they were in the colonial days. This is always a great show. I am officially registered in the state of Ohio as "The Renaissance Man" as you can see by my woodburned paddle. Joanne brought her spinning wheel and put on a spinning demonstration during the show.
